This Privacy Policy applies to your download, access, and/or use of Cworld Games, whether on a computer, mobile device, our website ("Website"), or any other site, device, or platform (each referred to as a "Game" and collectively as "Games"). This policy also applies to our Marketing and Advertising activities across all platforms and other Services we may provide to you from time to time, including campaigns with influencers. This Privacy Policy also applies to any other Services we may provide related to the Games or Website, such as customer support, social media channels, communities, and other websites we may operate like cwnfts.io (collectively referred to as "Services").
When you download, access, and/or play our Games or interact with our Websites or other Services, you acknowledge the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, including the use of your data by Cworld and our advertising partners for targeted advertising purposes as described in the Marketing and Advertising section of this Privacy Policy. These sections also explain how you can opt-in or opt-out of the use of your personal information for advertising purposes. If you have any concerns about providing information to us or its use as described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use our Games or other Services.
This Privacy Policy was last updated on 20.09.2024.

Most of this information comes directly from you or your device, such as device information, country, region, and information about your gameplay. We use this information to provide our Games and Services to you, including for optimization, fraud prevention, customizing in-game offers, and verifying purchases. - Information you provide to us when you fill out forms, answer questions, or complete surveys when using any of our Services, when you create an account with us, including your email address or if you invite your friends to use our Services; in certain jurisdictions, we collect your date of birth and/or age to comply with applicable local regulations;
- Location information (State or country level) of your device;
- Content of messages sent using our chat and messaging system;

- Information detailed in this Privacy Policy, including the Cworld Profile and information about your activities on social networks, Marketing, and Advertising; information we collect about you from us or other third-party companies that you have consented to or have another legal basis to share that information with us (including publishing partners, platforms, advertising platforms, and partners as well as data aggregators). This information will include characteristics about you and your preferences, as well as other Games and Services you use, demographic information, and general location information.
We will collect device-level identifiers and other information related to those identifiers, including: the type(s) of device you are using to play the Games or access our other Services, identifiers such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, specific Cworld player identifiers, and the country or region where you are playing the game; and how you play our Games and interact with our Websites or other Services (such as which of our Games you are playing, your Game progress, the timing and duration of play sessions, the number of times played at each level, and purchases you have made).
In some cases, when you make purchases at or through our Websites, we will collect certain payment information from you on behalf of our payment service providers, but this information is only temporarily cached in a way that Cworld cannot read. Unless otherwise stated, we do not collect or store credit card information. Our payment service providers will provide us with information about your purchases so we know whether the purchase was successful.
When you purchase items in our mobile applications through the App Store, on Facebook, or on Google Play, or purchase and redeem gift vouchers for our Games, we do not collect or store any payment information from you.
Occasionally, we will ask you to allow us to collect additional information from you or your device. For example, we may invite you to allow us to access your contacts to enable us to invite them to play our Games with you. If we do this or something similar, we will inform you of the information we wish to collect, why we need it, and what we will use it for.
Partners and us will use this information to:
- Enable us to provide our Games and other Services to you, ensure that any purchases you make are verified on our servers and activated in the Games, and provide you with player support if needed.

- Fulfill other purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including Marketing and Advertising purposes.

We also share your information with third-party publishers who develop and provide Games and other Services to you on our behalf.
We analyze and use the data we collect on an anonymous or aggregated basis for product development, to assess the performance of our Games, troubleshoot, improve, and optimize our Games to offer the best player experience to our users overall.
Below and throughout various sections of this Privacy Policy, including the section concerning disclosures for U.S. residents, we provide more detailed descriptions of some of the ways we use your information.
Providing and Optimizing Our Services
We use your information to deliver the Websites, advertisements, and other Services to you and to optimize all these services to ensure you enjoy the best possible experience we can offer to you and all our players. We reserve the right to monitor and review the content of your messages, per applicable laws and regulations, using automated filters and/or AI tools to prevent harmful and abusive behavior and to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use. We may block your access to our chat service or block your messages for any reason. We will not use the contents of your chat messages for any other purpose.

Fraud, Crime, Malicious and Abusive Behavior, and Fraud Prevention
We use the personal information we hold to prevent fraud, crime, malicious and abusive behavior, or fraud. We monitor our Games and other Services using various tools, including AI tools, to detect such activities. Online Community Forums
When using Cworld's online community forums, please note that in addition to your name, any questions, answers, comments, or submissions you post will be public, and any data you provide can be read and/or used by other users. Therefore, only share content you are comfortable sharing publicly.
Cworld Profile and Playing with the Community
You may choose to use third-party social networks (such as Facebook) to add information to your Cworld Profile or connect with your account. If you add such information, your personal information will be visible to other players, and we will also use that information for other purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including Marketing and Advertising purposes.
Cworld Profile
When you play our Games, whether or not you create an account, we provide you with a randomly generated unique identifier called a "Cworld Profile." If you choose to create an account, this will add your personal information to the "Cworld Profile," such as your full name, avatar, email address, or other information. We can identify you with your personal information.
Your Cworld Profile and the information in it will be visible to other users of our Services. If you choose to create an account by adding personal information to your Cworld Profile, that information will be visible to your friends and other players worldwide.
If you choose to view another individual's Cworld Profile, that individual and other users of our Services will know that you have accessed their profile because some social information and links to your Cworld Profile will be displayed on that individual's Cworld Profile.
Connecting with Third-Party Networks
When we offer this feature, you may choose to log into your Cworld Profile using your account information with a third-party network, such as Facebook or Apple. If you log in this way, you can use your account to log in on multiple devices and sync progress across those devices. When possible, you will also see which of your friends are playing the same Game and their progress through the Games (and they will be able to see you and your progress) or access other functionality we provide in the Games and other Services, such as inviting friends to play, requesting players to join the network, and one-on-one messaging.
Information We Receive from Facebook
If you log into your Cworld Profile using your Facebook account information, we receive certain information from your Facebook account. If you choose to play our Games online on the Facebook.com desktop version, your basic Facebook account information will automatically link to your Cworld Profile. The exact information we receive depends on your Facebook account settings, but typically includes your basic public profile information such as username, email address, age, gender, chosen language, country, friend list, and any other public information.
We also collect the email account information linked to your Facebook account, as well as the names and profile pictures of your Facebook friends who have played our Games. You can choose not to allow us access to your email address in the Facebook dialog the first time you link your Facebook account to your Cworld Profile. If you provide us with your email address, we will occasionally use it to send you marketing emails about our Games and other Services, in accordance with applicable law. You can opt out of this at any time – please see Opting Out of Direct Marketing from Cworld below.
Logging in with Facebook does not allow us to post anything on your page without your permission, and we do not receive any information about your Facebook friends who are not players of our Games. If you do not want your Facebook friends to see you and your progress in our Games, you can block this by disconnecting from Facebook in our Games and updating your app permissions for our Games from within your Facebook settings.
We recommend reading Facebook's Privacy Policy and periodically reviewing your privacy settings to ensure you fully understand how your Facebook data is shared.
Information We Receive from Apple
If you log into your Cworld Profile using your Apple account information, we receive certain information from your Apple account. The exact information we receive depends on your Apple account settings, but typically includes your basic public profile information such as your name and email address. You can revoke access to your information at any time in the future by following the steps at Apple's privacy control page.
We recommend reading Apple's Privacy Policy and periodically reviewing your privacy settings to ensure you fully understand how your Apple data is shared.
Marketing
When we record your preferences allowing us to access such information (please see below on how to change your preferences), we and our third-party partners use the information collected about you to send you marketing information about our Games and other Services based on your interests. For example, we will send emails, display advertisements within our Services, or place advertisements on third-party websites, apps, and connected devices.
We use the information we hold about you to promote our Games and other Services or those of Cworld Group Companies in various ways. These may include:
- Advertising on third-party websites, apps, and connected devices.
- Showing you promotions for other Cworld games within the Games you play.
- Sending you marketing materials via email.
What Information Do We Use for Marketing?
We use information about you to try to ensure you only see marketing content that you might be interested in from us. This includes using information we have about you, such as:

- The Games you play and information about how you interact with our Games and other Services.
- Your age, country or region, and gender.
- Other information we may collect from you or receive from third-party marketing partners or other third parties who have your consent or other legal basis to share that information with us.
Marketing Partners
When we market our Games on other companies' media, we authorize various third-party marketing partners to assist us, and we will share the information we have collected about you with these third parties for these purposes.
Our marketing partners help us advertise services to you by combining this information with data they have collected about you elsewhere. They collect this information when you use their services or use third-party websites and services. Our partners use this information to make assumptions about the types of advertisements you want to see. If they determine that you want to see advertisements about our Games or other Services, they will send you a Cworld advertisement while you are using other websites and services.
By accepting this Privacy Policy and downloading or continuing to play our Games, and unless you opt out of targeted advertising as explained in this section, you consent to our marketing partners collecting and using information about you to improve advertising systems, target advertising, and measure advertising as described in their privacy policies.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection of your information by our marketing partners. We recommend you carefully review our partners' privacy policies for more information.
Opting Out of Direct Marketing from Cworld
You have choices regarding receiving direct marketing information from us in the following ways:
- You can consent to us sending you direct marketing emails by opting in when we collect your email address or by choosing not to share your email address with us.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any direct marketing email we send you or by contacting our player support team. If you have opted to receive more than one type of marketing information from us, you will need to opt out of each type separately. It may take a few days for us to update our records before any opt-out choices take effect.
- To disable interest-based advertising, please see the section below on how to adjust your preferences for targeted advertising.
Please note that if you opt out of targeted advertising, you will still see advertising content, and you will see advertising content about Cworld products, but we will not use your personal information to target those ads.
Advertising
Our Games will contain advertising content for third-party products and services. Cworld and our advertising partners collect and use information about you to improve advertising systems, target customers, and measure so we can show you relevant third-party ads in our Games.
Cworld participates in the IAB Europe's Transparency and Consent Framework and complies with its Specifications and Policies. Cworld uses a Consent Management Platform (CMP) with the identifier 28.
Where applicable, we use CMP to collect consent and permissions for our advertising activities. Where local law permits, we will assume you consent to receive targeted advertising content by default. You can change your preferences at any time in the Privacy and Security settings of our Games.
How We Use Information for Advertising
We use the information we have about you to better target third-party goods and services advertisements to players who may be most interested in those goods and services. These ads will be shown to you in our Games or Services.
What Information is Used for Advertising?
We use advertising identifiers and other information we collect about you as described in this Privacy Policy to try to ensure you only see ads in our Games that you might be interested in. This information includes:
- Advertising identifiers and other information collected from your device. For more information, please see Advertising Identifiers, Cookies, and Similar Technologies.
- The Games you play and information about how you interact with our Games and other Services.
- Your age, country, region, and gender.
- Interest-based and other demographic information we may receive from third-party marketing partners or other third parties who have your consent or other legal basis to share that information with us.
Advertising Partners
When you play our Games or use our other Services, identifiers and other information from your device are collected and shared with our advertising partners to enable us to deliver advertising information technically to your device.
Our advertising partners will combine this information with information they have collected about you when you use their services (or third-party websites or services) to provide you with more relevant advertising content in our Games or to improve the accuracy of their advertising targeting and measurement systems.
If you consent or are deemed to have consented by default to our advertising partners collecting and using your data for targeted advertising purposes, your information will be used as outlined in this section and described more specifically in our partners' privacy policies. We recommend you carefully review our advertising partners' privacy policies for more information. You can find a list of our advertising partners and their Privacy Policies. You can opt out or withdraw your consent for such use of your information at any time – to learn more, please see How to Adjust Your Preferences for Targeted Advertising.
How to Adjust Your Preferences for Targeted Advertising
You can choose to block us from using advertising identifiers on your device for interest-based advertising (also known as "personalized ads," "online behavioral advertising," or "targeted advertising") by updating such settings on your device.
When we recognize that your preference is not to display targeted advertising, you can still play our Games, and you will still see ads in our Games, but those ads will not be personalized to you through the use of information we or our advertising partners hold or collect about you. However, you will still receive ads based on criteria such as the Games you are playing, the content of that Game, or the region you are using the device.
Device-Level Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising
You can choose to prevent the sharing and use of your device's advertising identifier for targeted advertising by changing your device settings. On some devices, you can reset your device's advertising identifier. Settings vary between devices, but you will typically find the advertising identifier settings in the "Privacy," "Tracking," or "Advertising" section of your device settings.
Advertising Identifiers, Cookies, and Similar Technologies
To provide Games and other Services, Websites, and targeted advertising, we use advertising identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies. This section describes our use of these technologies and how you can manage your preferences.
Advertising identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies are used by us to provide our Services to you and to collect information from your device. For example, these technologies allow us and our third-party advertising partners to:
- Recognize you and your device.
- Provide targeted advertising content to you.
- Allow our Services to interact with social networks or third-party platforms (where you have chosen to allow such interaction).
- Allow us to understand how you interact with our Websites (for example, where we use cookies, such as Google Analytics cookies on our Websites).
- Allow our payment service providers to process your payment instructions.
- Allow us and third parties to provide you with more tailored services, such as providing our Services in the correct language.
For more information about the types of cookies we use and why we use them, please see our detailed cookie policy.
How Advertising Identifiers, Cookies, and Similar Technologies Work
Advertising identifiers are unique identifiers like the Android advertising ID and/or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers ("IDFA"), which are uniquely linked to your device. Similar technologies include tracking pixels in ads. These technologies allow companies (including marketing and advertising companies) to recognize your device when you use websites and apps.
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser on your desktop or mobile device. You can withdraw your consent for storing cookies by updating your browser settings or using the cookie settings on our Websites.
Your Rights
You have certain rights regarding your personal information and how we process it. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us through any method listed in the "Contact Us" section below. U.S. users should review the "U.S. Residents" section below.

Note that to process your request, you must delete our Games from your mobile device and remove our cookies from any device you have played our Games on via a web browser. When we delete personal information about you, we may retain some or all of that information for other purposes, such as maintaining financial records, protecting or enforcing legal rights, maintaining a marketing opt-out list, or for technical reasons. Additionally, we will retain your information in an anonymized form. In some cases, personal information about you displayed through gameplay, such as usernames, avatars, high scores, and any chat messages, will be cached on other players' devices, and we will not be able to delete or update that information from those devices, such as if the device is not connected to Wi-Fi.
- Account Deactivation: If you have created an account with us, you can request us to deactivate it by contacting us. We will require additional information before we can deactivate your account, which may include information about your mobile device. Other steps you need to take if you want to fully deactivate your account include unlinking your Facebook account from our mobile Games and deleting our Games from your mobile device. When opting out of targeted advertising, you may still see ads that are not personalized to you. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which is defined in a way that includes transferring data to third parties to personalize ads for you. If you opt out of the "sale or sharing" of your information, we will not sell your information, including to our advertising partners or share your information with them, but you will still see ads in the Games, and some of our partners will send you ads based on information they hold about you. See "How to Adjust Your Preferences for Targeted Advertising" for more information.
You have other ways to control the personal information we collect about you. For example, you can disconnect your Facebook or other social network accounts from our Games or delete our Games from your mobile device.
